Monaka 最中

Remember wafers we eat and they usually had chocolate cream inside right? 

This is Monaka, a bless that japanese people made for chestnut lovers hehe. I personally like chestnuts so much. So for me, it was already a win win. But then i found that it also has red beans (azuki) inside... Oh i like it. Somehow, i keep getting more lightly sweetened tastes from these traditional snacks. I prefer you to try traditional sweets first to know the fact that they are actually better than modern japanese sweets in my opinion.
